The Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care at the University of Vermont/University of Vermont Medical Center invites applications for an Assistant Professor level research position on the Research Scholar Pathway. The selected candidate will be a PhD with completion of a post-doctoral fellowship. Qualified applicants will have expertise in computational modeling and bioengineering, and must have demonstrated publications in the fields of intratumoral therapy of lung cancer and ventilatorinduced lung injury.
The selected candidate will join a clinical and translational research network within the PCCM Division and the Vermont Lung Center. Opportunities exist to interact with research programs focused on the pathogenesis of lung disease and lung cancer. Burlington offers beautiful surroundings and excellent family atmosphere.
